The Missouri Board of Nursing conducted an investigation of a BB&D client’s Missouri nursing license. The Missouri Board of Nursing had originally proposed a settlement that included five years of probation, and many other onerous requirements. After assisting the nurse with the investigative process and negotiations with the Board of Nursing, the Board issued a “Letter of Concern” and sealed the complaint. BB&D’s client can now pursue her nursing career with a fully valid license and without having to disclose the complaint.
